destroy media’s idea of asian girls being petite, pale-skinned waifs with bobbed hair and blunt bangs who are either the quiet fighter or a submissive giggly teen

destroy the fetishizing and infantilizing of asian girls

Hi, I’m a fashion student.

I’m looking for more information and to do some research about transgender, gender dysphoria, or androgyny in relation to fashion. More specifically gaps/loopholes, preferences, needs, awesome stuff, or how people feel about clothes. I’ve read a few articles, but I’m not finding exactly what I’m looking for… a lot of academic journals and some blog posts, but I’d like to find more.

If anyone has any leads on links, blogs, people, anything that has to do with fashion in relation to genders and specific needs and wants, feel free to message me or send something my way.
